The Fortuna Tierra Club has created the Exceptional Women awards to recognize outstanding women who demonstrate leadership, commitment and service to the nonprofit organizations operating in Ouray County. The immeasurable contributions of these extraordinary women enrich our lives and help make our community a better place to live. The Exceptional Women program celebrates their accomplishments and dedication and the hard work they do on our behalf. The awards now include Exceptional Educators from Ouray and Ridgway school districts.
